The tank has a rated capacity of 28 litres for the 700 series and
40 litres for the 900 series. It includes a false bottom in the lower
front section and a water intake/discharge.
The gas version is heated by a burner located under the recess
while the electric version is equipped with an electric emersion
heater. Powerful gas version useful for maximum machine speed
and get the most out of it when the raw material is reintroduced.
Equipped with safety thermostat.
The tank it’s made in AISI 316 to guarantee better
length of time.- Distributor group and overflow are placed under
front false bottom.- Recess on top is 50 mm deep to contain more
liquid possible in boiling phase.
